The full quote is this: > LLRT offers up to over 10x faster startup and up to 2x overall lower cost compared to other JavaScript runtimes running on AWS Lambda I read this to mean that AWS only cares about performance on AWS Lambda, and it's probably not this much faster outside of the Lambda contxt
