What does “put them into debt” mean here? Force them to take a loan to pay a judgement? If so, who’s doing the lending?
- whimsicalism 3y agoThey have to pay the judgement. If they do not, their wages get garnished. There is no lending.
- BeFlatXIII 3y agoWhat wages? The judgement-proof are often paid in cash.
