Companies really shouldn’t be required to keep messages unless they are legally bound to do so. It’s very intrusive and very costly to keep. I don’t really have an issue with bezos using it unless he was under investigation. If they want to get access maybe they should try some sort of wiretap law to get access to messages before they are deleted ? Place bugs in the board rooms ? Maybe there needs to be a modern way to capture the crime in progress the same way they bugged gotti?
