- ncallaway 3y agoTexas has created a private right of action to sue for damages of $10,000. That is, if I know my neighbor performed an abortion, I can personally sue them, and get $10,000 (plus attorneys fees). So, the answer to your question depends on if you define $10,000 as material or not.
