I had one of these watches for 2 days. I returned it. These health monitoring features are just gimmicks. The watch itself just becomes one more distraction

I had one of these watches for 2 days. I returned it. These health monitoring features are just gimmicks. The watch itself just becomes one more distraction and thing that needs maintained and charged, etc. I'd rather just have a basic timex digital watch which never needs charged.
