Whenever I try one of these apps I'm always impressed by the features but my entire life is in iCloud. Not only that but all the people I connect with for notes/calendars/reminders are also in the Apple ecosystem and they aren't going to switch for me. This means that a lot of the extra features that Notion, Obsidian, etc. offer just aren't valuable for me. It makes me annoyed that Apple's Notes app is so basic.
