- stoolpigeon 14y agoI think this is propaganda without much truth to it - but you are correct that UAVs (currently) depend on a lot of infrastructure, especially satellites - gps and command/control stuff.
- hamidr 14y agoThat thing I know you cant name it a satellite.
- Craiggybear 14y agoNot unless they've figured out a way of piggy-backing and exploiting the US satellites as well. I wouldn't doubt that. Anyhow, radio control alone can take you quite a way. Especially if all you want to do is drop something nastily biological on someone. Then blame it on the US and a malfunctioning drone of theirs.
- harryf 14y agoYou could achieve a 10-15 mile radius with radio control. For defending a position with cheap flying objects, that's more than enough.
