7% of answers were deemed potentially harmful by the consensus physicians.
But, from research dating back from 2016, we have that:
10 percent of all U.S. deaths are now due to medical error (2016)

Also that's 10% of total deaths rather than 10% of diagnoses / treatment plans. What I'm saying is, these numbers are not comparable.
