GitHub should start introducing energy labels to repos so that they understand the impact they have on the environment.
- 4pkjai 3y agoHow do you expect them to do that? Also I highly suspect a large portion of people on Github are aware that Bitcoin and other crytpo projects use a lot of energy.
- seniorivn 3y agoeven better idea, github should charge repos that have huge environment impact shit load of money, and subsidize those who are good(and probably vote for the right people)
