  Can anyone explain why when I go to https://twitter.com/sama https://twitter.com/sama I don't see the linked tweet, but if I navigate to https://twitter.com/sama/status/1726594398098780570 https://twitter.com/sama/status/1726594398098780570 I can? Is this a nuance of like tweets being privatable? Or deleted tweets remaining directly navigable? Sorry probably something basic about how twitter functions.

    It's there. There are 3 posts (not tweets anymore) and then there's that one.

        Probably - (as of recentlyish) you only get the linked tweet or on profile/home a selection of 'top' or whatever tweets. Or Xs.

    Are you logged in? The logged out view I've seen has been wildly varying, sometimes missing months of updates.

    You're logged out -- by default for logged out users, account pages will show "top tweets" not "recent tweets"

    Twitter doesn't really work at all when logged out. Try logged in or using something like nitter.net
