- thriftwy 3y agoThis starts to sound like a for-profit scheme of the USA. Having problems with debt? Loan a LatAm country $100B to fuel their economy. Does wonders to balance sheets.

- thriftwy 3y agoChina loaning USD to Africa is even better for the US. They get to consume the equivalent of that amount of cash - it will not be redeemed for some time now.
