I think telecom got 100 billion from Biden’s stimulus package. I agree it’s too much but shouldn’t the answer be to just not give billions to the telecom industry?
- ixwt 3y agoI do believe the stimulus package was rushed. We can see it in the clawing back of fraudulent PPP loans. Proper restrictions to hinder fraud takes time to setup, which the Biden administration and Congress didn't seem to think they would have at the time. And they were probably right, given the massive scale of the issue. But there should have been strong requirements for the money they received. But the Biden administration was just printing money to keep our society from imploding at the time.
