  Task rabbit, uber eats, door dash, all have offerings where a person will do your shopping on your behalf. It includes over the counter meds afaik.

      Interesting, when I search on DoorDash everything that comes up is phenylephrine. No pseudoephedrine to be found. What state do you live in?
