- s1artibartfast 3y agoIt doesn't have to go down to support an 85% average increase. An equal number at 50% in the Midwest cancels 110% increase in sf.
- lotsofpulp 3y agoPretty much all of western US (and I expect 90% of the rest of the US) homes have declined in previous 18 months.
