I wanted to put together a CMS that would be programmer friendly, so I built https://github.com/SeleneSoftware/SeleneCMSBundle https://github.com/SeleneSoftware/SeleneCMSBundle that works with Symfony PHP projects. I have a skeleton app at https://github.com/SeleneSoftware/SeleneCMS https://github.com/SeleneSoftware/SeleneCMS It isn't complete, but I'm using it for my site. It needs some help.
