That's more around application performance. How do people actually get the perspective of their developers at scale in large engineering organizations
- factorialboy 3y agoNo. DORA metrics are not related to application performance.
- 2rsf 3y agoBut also not directly to developer's experience. Try the SPACE framework [1] from the same people, Nicole Forsgren et al.
