So, solution to a private Israeli cybersecurity company that sells services to governments is to deport all Jews from Spain? You must be fun at parties.

- crabbone 3y agoI knew someone who worked at NSO, and if I recall correctly, they required security clearance from employees (doesn't really mean much / I don't know what kind of clearance was required). It also doesn't mean they are a government body or are directly controlled by the government, but it could indicate that they are (but, most likely, they ask for it because they have government contracts that require it). Not saying this has to have any implications for Spanish Jews. Just not sure how actually "private" they are.
- petre 3y agoNSO founder Niv Karmi is "ex" Mossad. No wonder they require security clearance.
- asdadsdad 3y agolots of people in Israel are ex-Mossad or ex-security services/army/special forces
- crabbone 3y agoAre you sure he was actually Mossad, not some 8200? Israel has mandatory conscription, and 8200 (the army intelligence division) is a very common source for hi-tech companies in security sector.
