  I'd seek therapy to resolve that, maybe psychedelic integration therapy if the re-traumatization is an issue you've faced after having these experiences. I've been sending people to a clinic which has this as a focus - they definitely don't administer psychedelics but they do a pretty good at helping people who have gone through such difficult experiences.
