  13.x expected end of support is January 2026. 12.x expected end of support is December 2023. It's better to have two (and briefly three) supported major versions than one. FreeBSD installs don't turn into a pumpkin at the end of support date either.

  No need to rush. 13.2 will remain supported for more than half a year (13.3 release date + 3 months).
