- NoMoreNicksLeft 3y agoNYPD sends undercover cops across state lines to spy on other states' residents that are engaged in lawful activities. It's well documented. The NYC government has traditionally treated their police force as its own personal millitary and intelligence service, and neighboring states as hostile foreign enemies.
