Did they literally write Vegan or Vegetarian, perhaps as the first word on the menu item? Or did they put a little green V or VG at the end of the item? I can't tell based on the abstract. Edit: looked into it further. It appears they did write "vegan" in parentheses at the end. I wonder if they had been more subtle about it if the results would be as pronounced.
