I used UTM extensively when creating an almost-no-touch tool for developers to setup their Macbook devices at the company I work for. There's really no other convenient way to do this. It was awesome to be able to run the tool on a fresh MacOS install, test the effects, make some changes, then do it all over again with little fuss. Thanks UTM!
