Right now is particularly bad though, one of the worst job markets for this field in quite a while, it will pick up at some point
- FirmwareBurner 3y agoSure, but I can't stay unemployed until the market picks up, since nobody knows when that will be. If I go back to firmware and wait it out until the market picks up again, I might be too old to be considered worthy of a career switch if companies can find juniors 20 years younger.
