Ask HN: Heroku alternatives in 2023 without Pay-as-you-go scheme

Looking for a PaaS/FaaS where I can pay per app (or a global Pro tier with N apps) a reasonable amount of money (<10$) so that I can run silly stuff (random websites, chat bots, scheduled tasks) without caring about surcharges.
