I think you mean trans woman? Female is a phenotype of development. We do not yet have the technology to transition between phenotypes. What we call 'trans' is coordinated social therapy for people undergoing gender dysmorphia, for which there is no cure, that allows them to live as they choose with minimal triggers to their psychosis. It's a crude solution, sure, but preferable to suicide in most cases.
