In countries with legally binding digital signatures (I.e. Argentina) you need a cert issued following identity verification.
- iudqnolq 3y agoSo it covers basically all use cases in the USA and most private commercial use cases in the EU. Seems reasonably useful for many people. Most countries that accept eSignatures don't require digital certificates. There aren't many other countries as strict as Argentina.
