Here's a shout out to David Harris, author of Pegasus Mail. IME, he's an engaged and responsive developer who gave folks enterprise e-mail when most enterprises didn't yet realise they needed it. And we purchased manuals (this was the funding mechanism) every year. I'm not sure how many folks did.
