Leaving cyanide bombs is lazy, dangerous and irresponsible. A simpler and safer solution that has been used in the past is to offer {n} dollars per coyote corpse. They are already unprotected and may be hunted without a tag.     In this case I and many others would fully support implementing perverse incentives if it meant eradicating a species that is not compatible with human civilization. That said I am open to other ideas. If they are practical I will suggest them to the game departments.
