Not being entitled is a given but healthy open source projects are driven by the passion of the community to create something they are proud of.
A prominent member of the community immediately steering the discussion towards the workload and "who is going to pay for it" is very unappealing — to me at least.
- cassepipe 3y agoFully agree, if you complain about some specific usability pain point you encounter as a user, you are providing valuable feedback and you shouldn't be dismissed with a handwawy "oh yeah ? Well, are you even donating ?" It's almost an admission of guilt
