    I've never really been invited to a lot of meetings. Just avoid places where they expect developers to work on all phases of the development lifecycle. AKA scapegoat.

  Hell no. Corporate America makes you run a rat race without faang-level rewards. If I am going to be made to run a rat race, I want lots of money for it.

    Never really had that experience very often. if the manager doesn't really give off a casual vibe than probably want to look other places. Make sure you talk about managing priorities. If you start hearing everything is a priority and talk like that then you need to find some else to work for.
