Ask HN: Speed, reliability and latencies on using Wi-Fi 6/6E for everything

What are the factors I should be considering before dropping all the manual cables running around my house and completely switch over to Wi-Fi? Could the latency be a noticeable problem with my NAS fileshares maybe?
