  That headcount estimate is off by at least -23% relative to this year. From Hashicorp's latest 10-K[1] filed circa March 2023: > As of January 31, 2023, we had over 2,400 employees operating across the world. > As of January 31, 2023, we had more than 1,050 employees in our sales and marketing organizations. > As of January 31, 2023, we had more than 670 employees in our research and development organization.
