SEC vs. Coinbase [pdf]

- dragontamer 3y agoI do think this is the primary source document that people need to be discussing, rather than the various articles posted around here today. Not that articles are bad, but the court-documents are rather straight forward in the claims and what's exactly the SEC is having issue with. So why add another (potential) source of bias (ie: the various news websites adding their own view on things), when the SEC's opinion is the one that matters as far as the courts are concerned?
