- PaulHoule 3y agoIf you looked at the Northeast in the U.S. you wouldn't think there was a global water problem. See https://www.nyc.gov/html/nycwater/html/drinking/reservoir.shtml https://www.nyc.gov/html/nycwater/html/drinking/reservoir.sh... Problem is that people don't want to live in places that have winter, so they dogpile in California, Arizona, etc.
