So for me, I take criticisms personally, but only personally. However, it comes across to others that I am upset with them and hence I have heard a lot during my career that "hey, we are very careful giving you feedback, because you can take it personally and react". I don't know what to do, because I don't like burdening someone else, or failing myself to a point where someone has to give me feedback. Just a perfectionist attitude.
