I looked up a bisphosphonates and terrified to learn the purity was discovered to be lower than what is considered even BP grade and caused a consequent recall after a routine inspection. Purity is significant, imagine your body receiving a carcinogenic compound at just 1% intravenously. Sun Pharma is littered with recalls, some articles I found are border line negligence and seem to only issue recalls after an issue is discovered after routine inspection late into the supply chain.
