Agreed, seems like a very elegant method to create your own black budget.
- wudangmonk 3y agoand this is exactly why its not. I think we can all agree that the hollywood idea of competent people behind the scenes in positions of power has been proven wrong again and again. Any 4d chess move is the accidental consequence of a move so dumb that it becomes unimaginable to us.
