The WSJ and Washington Post are not the same publication. These are two different articles by different authors.
- gnicholas 3y agoThe articles seem materially identical to me; is there something I missed that's in the WaPo article that's missing from the WSJ article?
- code_duck 3y agoIt's the same news event, but it's not the same article. Perhaps one is written better, or is somehow more appealing to HN? Who knows. Not sure if "materially identical" would account for that.
