  Twitter's label of CBC as "government-funded media" is not "crude" but accurate, given that "it is a Crown corporation that receives public funding from the government" (Wikipedia). Edit -- I was unaware of the "69%" part when I wrote the above.

    The "Crude" part is "69%", which is a reference to a sex act in which two partners simultaneously orally stimulate and manipulate each others genitals.

  I learned from Youtube that CBC promoted and defended seizing of bank accounts and monies of Covid-protesters. Is there any other "western democracy" where is might even be constitutionally possible? Governments have declared "seizing of excess wealth" and other war-time shit, but this was against a minority group for political reasons.
