  The photograph is unmistakably Donor/Schwarma like. Just pork instead of lamb or chicken. Pastor árabes must be the ultimate crossover food, chicken tikka marsala with mushy peas 0r Chinese take away chips and curry have nothing on this.

  They have a chicken version of this at Chipotle now. I have yet to try it. Interesting to know the background, I never really looked into it.
