- lovemenot 3y agoI believe it's a measure of rated output power. The article's headline confusingly refers to energy.
- two_handfuls 3y ago1 TW of capacity. Meaning if all the wind turbines are collecting the maximum that they can, 1 TW is the power we get. If you need a time unit, think of it as 1 TWh every hour.
