  This is completely unrelated but I will never understand why people make throwaways for comments like this - I make all my own dumb snarky comments on this account and it's never anything more than like -5 points. Who cares?

    Do it very often and dang starts reprimanding you. Do it too often and he rate-limits you. Do it too often after that, and he may ban you. So that's one reason. Also, some people have their real contact info associated with their main account, and don't want that bit of snark associated with them in real life. Personally, I think that lacks integrity (literally, in the sense of their being "only one of you").
