My karma is being brutalized over this and I assure you it is true. Not “just” being snarky, and I think it’s abominable of anyone to downvote a little snark they don’t agree with. I enjoy a superior healthy lifestyle, and sure I’m an active guy already however I have outpaced my peers in vigorous lifestyle. Super dense nutrient diets are not a fad, they exist and enhance and support your micro machine biological husks of human beings. Fact. And it is foolish of modern wrongheadedness that such outright statements are being made by “scientists” over such limited “studies”.
