It does fools. I’ve been taking health force vitagreen daily for ten years and I’m at least ten years “younger” than my biological age.
No brain fog
No problems with my energy levels
I don’t use a “Mediterranean diet” however I do swear by copious amounts of uncooked olive oil in your daily diet (healthy fats).
You’re just doing it wrong.
- inphovore 3y agoMy karma is being brutalized over this and I assure you it is true. Not “just” being snarky, and I think it’s abominable of anyone to downvote a little snark they don’t agree with. I enjoy a superior healthy lifestyle, and sure I’m an active guy already however I have outpaced my peers in vigorous lifestyle. Super dense nutrient diets are not a fad, they exist and enhance and support your micro machine biological husks of human beings. Fact. And it is foolish of modern wrongheadedness that such outright statements are being made by “scientists” over such limited “studies”.

- 6510 3y agoI forget who said it: Eating Broccoli is great but you do have to understand it is just a vehicle to get olive oil into your mouth.
- schrijver 3y agoYour individual experience says nothing. I also look much younger than my age, what did I do for that ? Nothing. At least nothing extraordinary. No obsessive sports and no obsessive dieting. I just got lucky. If I did do a specialised diet or exercise regime, of course I would attribute my youthful looks and energy levels to them, but that's magical thinking. You have no way to verify what your body would be like today without the ten years of pills.
- inphovore 3y agoThis is crazy talk. Ignorance is not the horizon of Truth, and something does not become true only after you are convinced. I offer a personal account that is entirely predictable and verifiable by most[] ordinary peoples. [] there are always variables or exceptions, you must explore your own. I can stop eating superfoods and my skin will age visibly in weeks (dryness, loss of elasticity, less “fresh” looking.) energy levels fall of, recovery takes longer. The vitagreen of which I speak is really only a collection of nutritious plants delicately processed (using as little heat or other handling as possible.) An aside for those who genuinely are interested in health and well being. Taking this meal augmentation will at first make you ill (headaches for instance) as your body will purge built up toxins (this is not a “cleanse” fad, merely the stuff working. Continuing to eating junk foods will entirely ruin any positive results. If one wants a superior lifestyle from superior superfoods, these things must be taken seriously.
