You shall use a foreach every time you need to perform a loop. Works pretty well in Python. Though it doesn't invalidate the point the author tries to make.

  Works pretty well in Python But xrange() in python is just a roundabout way to get back to having a regular for loop. for x in xrange(0,100) for(x=0, x<100, x++)
