  The problem is common enough that there is now a standard phrase for there criminals - “crypto fugitive”. Wondering why he seems to have picked Serbia as a place to hide. Fewer extradition treaties or just enough corruption he can pay people off to hide him?

    Modifying "fugitive" with the context of said fugitive doesn't really exemplify the commonness of those type of fugitive.

      Thanks. > In Serbia and neighbouring countries, rules and regulations are possibly sidelined if you have enough cash I guessed about right. Also a small chance of extradition.
