Is more warehouse space really the most efficient/needed use for land in the Bay Area?
- renewiltord 4y agoEfficient as in benefit / (cost to deliver)? Yes, far and away. Efficient as in benefit / land used, maybe not, but definitely once you apply the filter of (achievable given capital costs). Though I can see why locals would prefer Amazon pay property tax and leave the property unused.
