Samantha Power could care less about the privacy rights of ordinary citizens. As far as she's concerned, only cyber-criminals and child pornographers need to hide their activities from the prying eyes of the government. Harsher prison sentences for convicted criminals would be one way to preserve what's left of the liberty of law-abiding citizens, but we can't go down that road because then we'll become an "incarceration society."
