- armada651 4y agoThe OHSA mandate never went into effect as far as I know. Besides even if it did go into effect it wouldn't be something a sheriff would enforce, as it is up to OHSA to enforce its mandates.
- upsidesinclude 4y agoThe administration used news outlets to pump the mandate and companies preemptively executed the order. OSHA does not yet have any policing powers, this was an attempt to generate them.
