- lost_tourist 4y agoI got flooded in a 1st floor apartment once. After that my apartments were alway 2nd floor and up. At least until i became a home owner and then I made sure my house was on well drained gentle sloping area. My real estate agent thought I was being overly picky, but fool me once...
